|Summary||0005065: MacVM doesn't display main window if savedWindowSize is huge|
On a regular MacBook an image saved with a huge window size (1908x1200) will fail to show the main Squeak window at all, e.g., the whole MacOS window isn't visible. Digging into it, it seems like a bug in OSX on the MacBook since the window is reported by OSX as created properly (verified via printfs) and it does show when reducing the savedWindowSize to something more reasonable.
However, it seems to me that the MacOS VM could (and because of this bug should) simply reduce the window size to something more reasonable, like the maximum size of the current screen or so.
